The Renewed Hope Global has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 general elections, describing the development as a major expression of confidence in his leadership, reform agenda and commitment to Nigeria’s long-term stability and growth.
The organisation said the outcome of the APC presidential primary reflected the growing support within the party for the direction of the Renewed Hope Agenda and the administration’s decision to confront difficult national challenges through sustained economic and institutional reforms.
According to the group, in a statement signed by Senior Special Assistant (Publicity), Honourable Victor Okebunmi, on behalf of leader of Renewed Hope Global, Ambassador Joseph Kolawole Adebola, President Tinubu’s emergence represented more than a political milestone.
“It also signals the party’s belief that the ongoing reforms in critical sectors, including the economy, infrastructure, governance and national security, should continue with consistency and focus,” he said.
Renewed Hope Global noted that despite inheriting serious economic and security pressures, the administration had remained committed to stabilising the economy, improving revenue generation, attracting investment, and rebuilding public confidence in governance.
The organisation also welcomed the President’s renewed commitment to intensify the fight against insecurity, terrorism and banditry across the country, noting that security remained one of the most urgent concerns for Nigerians.
During his acceptance speech, President Tinubu assured Nigerians that his administration would continue to strengthen security operations and take decisive measures to protect lives, secure communities, and preserve national unity.
Renewed Hope Global further highlighted the active participation of key stakeholders in the movement at the Presidential Primary Election Collation Centre in Abuja, including Prince Ade Omole, a leading figure in diaspora mobilisation within the APC, and Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi, Director of Youth, Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA).
“Both men played visible roles during the proceedings, engaging supporters, delegates and diaspora representatives, further reflecting the expanding support base of the Renewed Hope movement within and outside Nigeria,” the statement read.
In a statement issued shortly after the announcement, the Global Chairman of Renewed Hope Global, Ambassador Adebola, described President Tinubu’s emergence as a reflection of political consistency, resilience and earned confidence built over many years of leadership.
“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s emergence, once again, as the APC presidential candidate reflects the confidence many party members and supporters continue to place in his leadership and ability to navigate difficult national challenges.
“The reforms introduced by this administration may require patience and sacrifice, but they are laying important foundations for long-term national stability, economic recovery and sustainable growth.
“The President’s renewed commitment to ending banditry, strengthening national security and protecting Nigerians speaks directly to the concerns of citizens across the country, and we believe Nigeria will continue to make steady progress under his leadership,” Adebola said.
The organisation stated that the President’s ability to sustain broad political support while implementing difficult reforms demonstrateed uncommon resolve, discipline and strategic leadership.
Renewed Hope Global expressed confidence that continued focus on security, economic recovery, infrastructure development, youth empowerment and institutional reforms would further strengthen national stability and improve the lives of Nigerians.
The group also congratulated the leadership of the APC, party delegates, and members across the country on what it described as the successful conduct of the presidential primary process, while urging Nigerians to remain hopeful and supportive of ongoing efforts toward national renewal and long-term prosperity.
